John M Jackson is an American actor. He is known for playing Rear Admiral A.J. Chegwidden on the CBS series JAG. He played the role of A.J. Chegwidden in NCIS: Los Angeles from 2017.

For education, John attended Arlington Heights High School in Ford and graduated in 1968. While he was in high school he played football and basketball. Later, he attended the University of Texas at Austin in Austin, Texas.
