Max Kellerman is an American sports TV personality and boxing commentator. Currently, he is a co-host of ESPN talk show, ‘First Take’ along with Molly Qerim and Stephen A. Smith. Moreover, he also works as a co-host of the sports radio talk show, ‘Max & Marcellus’, alongside Marcellus Wiley.

After his graduation from high school in 1991, he joine Columbia University which was the alma mater for Kellerman. There, he specialized in history.

Max Kellerman: Career, Sports Broadcasting

Kellerman got appointe to the broadcaster of the New York City public-access TV cable television program. This was his first experience in broadcasting.

After his graduation from Columbia University, he got appointed for the post of an analyst in the ESPN’s boxing series ‘Friday Night Fights’ which eventually created a number of opportunities for him to work as a sports broadcaster later.

Kellerman replaced the ‘Colin Cowherd Program’ and served as a host in the 10 AM to noon program on ‘WEPN’ which was later followed by his boxing broadcast work on HBO and also for CNN.

Currently, he works as a host of ESPN’s ‘First Take’ and also as a color- commentator on ‘HBO Boxing After Dark’ and ‘HBO World Championship Boxing’.

In May 2015, he had covered the hugely waited Floyd Mayweather, Jr. vs. Manny Pacquiao boxing match for HBO. He later received criticism online for his post-match interview with Manny Pacquiao. He told Pacquiao, “You thought you won today, Why?” However, Max told that he “had to ask him” about his disagreement with the judges’ decision.
