Suzanne de Passe is an American producer and co-chairman of de Passe Jones Entertainment. She is famous for her work on Lonesome Dove in 1989, Lady Sings the Blues in 1972, and Motown 25: Yesterday, Today, Forever in 1983.
Suzanne de Passe was born on July 19, 1946, in New York, NY. Her full name is Suzanna Celeste de Passe. Her father is a Seagram’s executive and his mother is a school teacher. For education, she graduated from Howard University in March 2006, received an honorary degree of Doctor of Humanities.
Passe started her career from show business at the Cheetah nightclub in New York City. She became a member of the female singing group The Supremesthrough her friend Cindy Birdsong in 1967.
Moreover, Suzanne worked as a Creative Assistant and President for the company Motown Productions.
