Rebecca Claire Miller was born in Nashville, Tennessee USA on the 23rd of September 1971 to parents Harry Miller Jr. and Sally. Her father was the president of Miller Properties, a real estate agency with a headquarters located in Madison, Alabama while her mother worked as an assistant to the director of graduate studies at Vanderbilt University.

She joined the University of Indiana located in  Bloomington. She earned a degree in Bachelor in telecommunications. After that, she attended the University of the South to further her studies by taking a BA degree in art history and studio art.

Rebecca started her career as a producer of KTRK-TV which is an ABC affiliate with headquarters based in Houston, Texas until 2001 to develop skills and gain experience.

After that, she joined Washington D.C. Metro Area’s WJLA-TV which is also an ABC affiliate where she worked as the in-charge of newscast production aired at 6 pm for the next five years.

During that time, she covered an extremely dangerous attack on 11th September 2001 for which she was awarded the “Outstanding Newscast Award” and also earned a nomination at Emmy Award.

She left the TV in 2006 and then began working for the White House as the associate director of communications at the time of W. Bush’s presidency. television events. However, her journey with the White House was just for a year.

Recently, she is seen working the National Beer Wholesalers Association (NBWA) in the position of chief communications officer.
