Adrienne Bailon is an American singer, actress, and talk show host. She is a former member of girl groups such as The Cheetah Girls and 3LW.

In October 1999, Bailon was first discovered by Latin pop singer Ricky Martin while she was performing in a church choir at Madison Square Garden. She along with the other four girls formed a group as back-up singers as part of his Livin’ la Vida Loca Tour.

After the performance from the tour, she was spotted by a producer, and Bailon was offered to be a member of the girl group 3LW. The group was signed to Epic Records.

In the fall of 2000, their first single, “No More (Baby I’ ma Do Right)”, was released. Similarly, on December 5, 2000, the group’s self-titled debut album, 3LW was released.

Bailon and Williams signed on to star in the Disney Channel film The Cheetah Girls in 2003. The Cheetah Girls disbanded in 2008.
