The mother of The Bachelor star Peter Weber was not happy after Peter broke up with Hannah Ann Sluss and instead paired up with Madison Prewett. But just two days after the dramatic finale of the show, the couple Peter and Madison have also split. Peter’s mother’s prediction has, come true!
The breakup – Peter Weber and Madison Prewett
After breaking his engagement with Hannah Ann Sluss, The Bachelor star Peter Weber got close to Madison Prewett. But the news now coming is that the couple has sadly split. It has just been two days after the dramatic finale of the show. Was it true love?
The pilot Peter revealed that he has ended his relationship with Madison Prewett. On the late night of Thursday 12 March 2020, Peter did the breaking news on his, Instagram. He shared with his 2.1 m followers:
“Madi and I have mutually decided to not pursue our relationship any further. Believe me this was not easy for either of us to be ok with, but after a lot of honest conversations, we have agreed that this is what makes most sense for the two of us.”
Madison also posted:
“So incredibly thankful for this amazing journey I’ve had the honor of being a part of. I have grown so much and am stronger than I was going in.”
She continued:
“As Peter and I have decided to go our separate ways, I am confident that we will both move in the direction of our purpose and never forget that God has a plan in all things. I am convinced our paths were meant to cross and we are both better because they did.”

The turn of events on the show
The finale of the show The Bachelor was indeed a unique and dramatic one. Peter had already proposed to finalist Hannah Ann Sluss. But later he changed his mind and chose the runner up Madison Prewett instead. When he ended his engagement with Hannah, Peter said:
“I want so badly to be able to give you everything, give you my entire heart, because that’s what you do to me and that’s everything you deserve, and I can’t do that. I’m so sorry.”
They were engaged just a month back. Hannah had said:
“You took away from me my first engagement. You took that away from me, because I trusted you.”
He then preferred to have Madison as his partner. She had earlier left the show since her religious beliefs were different from that of Peter. But Barbara, Peter’s mother did not approve of this new relationship. She has predicted:
“Everyone that knows him knows it’s not going to work,”
Peter’s message for Hannah Ann Sluss
As Peter broke from Madison, he repented and felt that Hannah would have been a better choice after all. Hence in his post about his split from Madison, Peter also had a message for Hannah. He wrote with repentance:
“Hannah Ann, you set an example for women everywhere a couple nights ago. You are such a strong, confident woman and you deserve all the love in the world. I accept full responsibility for my mistakes in our relationship and wish you only the best.”
